Top Women Dealmakers Award: The Top USA Female Dealmakers list honors excellence in professional accomplishments and the selection is based on expertise, transactional experience, and reputation amongst clients, colleagues, and peers within the industry. Honorees must be with their organization for one full year with over 15 plus years of industry experience, and above all, exemplify “Distinction in Dealmaking” qualities. A nominal application fee was paid to be considered for the award.
USA Lender of the Year from M&A Atlas: Winners are judged independently by a point-indexed scoring method based on the deal criteria which includes pre-and-post deal outcomes; style/negotiation; complexities; regulation/jurisdictions; stakeholder/community impact; leadership; brand; etc. Firm winners are selected from the shortlist of finalists immaterial of league table rankings, and based on evaluative standards including execution record, expertise, leadership, client service and performance improvements. A nominal application fee was paid to be considered for the award.
