Lucas is a Managing Director at Churchill and a member of the Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions (PEJC) investment team.

Prior to Churchill, Lucas was on the PEJC team at the firm’s parent company, Nuveen, since 2017, and was previously an Associate on Nuveen’s real asset private equity team focused on North American infrastructure and energy investments. Lucas began his career in TIAA’s Private Markets division, holding investment roles in TIAA’s alternatives strategies including investment grade private placements, project finance, and energy and infrastructure private equity.

Lucas graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.
