New York, December 22, 2020 – Tikehau Capital, an alternative asset management and investment group, and Churchill Asset Management, an investment specialist affiliate of Nuveen, the asset manager of TIAA, have initiated a strategic partnership to expand their respective cross border direct lending footprints in Europe and the U.S.
The partnership includes mutual investments by Tikehau Capital and Churchill investment funds as well as closer cooperation on private credit investment opportunities in each manager’s respective market.
