Mary Jo is a Vice President at Churchill and member of the Tax team.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2025, she was a Senior Manager at Churchill’s parent company, TIAA, where she was responsible for the tax function of Nuveen’s third-party fund asset managers. Previously, Mary Jo was a Manager in Ernst & Young, LLP’s Real Estate Tax Group and a Senior Associate in PwC’s Financial Services Tax Group, where she provided tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of investment managers in the Charlottemarket.

Mary Jo graduated from American University with a B.S. in Business Administration and M.S. in Taxation. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and North Carolina
