Adam joined the Private Equity and Junior Capital team in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Associate covering originations, underwriting, and portfolio management. Prior to his current role, Adam was a Director in FTI Consulting’s Restructuring Advisory practice where he advised companies, sponsors, and lenders through both in-court and out-of-court restructurings as well as other strategic finance matters. Previously, Adam was an Analyst within J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank working with the Diversified Industries Leveraged Credit group where he underwrote leveraged finance transactions and monitored a portfolio of non-investment grade credits.

Adam graduated from The George Washington University School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
