Andrew joined Churchill Asset Management in 2024 and currently serves as a Vice President in Workout. He has over ten years of experience advising lenders and debtors through distressed situations, including liquidity management, restructurings, and strategic initiatives. Previously, he was a Director at M3 Partners, and prior to that he served as a Vice President with Carl Marks Advisors. He began his career within the transaction advisory and audit groups of CohnReznick.

Andrew graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration, with an additional major in Philosophy. Andrew is a CFA charterholder.
