Cait Krystall is an Associate, Human Resources at Churchill. In her role, she is focused on planning and executing Churchill’s people strategy and supporting all aspects of the Human Resources function.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2026, Cait was a Senior Onboarding and HR Operations Specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman, where she led global people operations initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience. Previously, she served as a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator, managing full-cycle recruiting across all business lines and university programs. Cait began her career at Robert Half as a Talent Manager on the Accounting and Finance Contract team, where she focused on client relationships, high-volume recruiting, and candidate coaching.

Cait graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Management and Marketing with minors in International Business, Sales, and Advertising.
