Carly is the Director of Administration at Churchill. She is responsible for overseeing administrative operations, office management, facilities, IT, support staff coordination, and corporate event planning. She plays a key role in optimizing workplace systems and ensuring a cohesive, high-functioning environment across the firm’s offices.
Prior to joining Churchill, Carly held leadership roles in both the philanthropic and private sectors, including serving as the Head of People & Operations, North America, for Bridgepoint and the Special Assistant and Communications Manager to the President of The Freedom Together Foundation. She brings deep experience in human resources, operations, and executive support, with a strong focus on organizational efficiency, culture, and people-centered processes.
Carly graduated from The University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Public Relations & Advertising.
