Charmagne is a Principal and Chief Compliance Officer at Churchill Asset Management. Charmagne is responsible for managing Churchill’s compliance program and provides compliance support in connection with regulatory matters affecting the business. Prior to joining the organization in 2023, Charmagne was the Chief Compliance Officer at 13D Management LLC, specializing in investment adviser and investment company act rules and regulations. She began her compliance career at Blackstone, where she held various roles within legal & compliance administering the compliance program for Blackstone’s Registered Funds platform.

Charmagne received her B.A. in Business and Corporate Communications from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
