Cole is an Associate at Churchill and a member of the Operations team. In his role, he is focused on deal closings and settlements for the firm.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2026, he was an Investment Operations Associate at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, where he was responsible for reconciling cash, reviewing and processing trade activity, and supporting derivative operations. Previously, Cole was a Settlement Specialist at Golub Capital on the Settlement and Funding team, handling loan trade settlements.

Cole graduated from DePaul University with a B.S. and M.S. in Finance and minor in Management.
