Connor joined the Private Equity and Junior Capital team in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Associate covering originations, underwriting, and portfolio management. He has five years of middle market finance experience. Previously, Connor served as an investment banking associate in the Corporate & Institutional Markets Group at Regions Securities, where he worked on syndicated finance and M&A transactions.

Connor graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School.
