Ejona is a Vice President, Strategy at Churchill and a member of the Investor Solutions Group. In her role, she is focused on supporting the overall growth and expansion of Churchill’s and Arcmont’s investment strategies across the globe.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2025, Ejona was a Senior Associate at Ares Management, where she focused on investor relations, fundraising, product management, and product strategy for the Alternative Credit business. Previously, Ejona was an investment banker at Credit Suisse on the Financial Sponsors team, advising private equity firms on leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, and other transactions. She began her career at Goldman Sachs.

Ejona graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Public Policy. She received her M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
