Eliza joined Churchill Asset Management in 2023 as an Associate in the Private Equity and Junior Capital group, where she is responsible for covering originations, underwriting, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Churchill, Eliza was an Associate at Salem Investment Partners where she was involved in deal execution and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Eliza was a Consultant at Clarkston Consulting, where she advised clients in the Consumer Products industry.

Eliza graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2018 with a B.S. in Business Administration.
