Erin is a Principal and Deputy General Counsel at Churchill. In her role, she provides day-to-day legal support for Churchill’s private credit platform, with a particular focus on its sponsored funds and structured products.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2022, Erin was an Associate at Dechert LLP, specializing in structured finance transactions. She began her legal career as an Associate at Milbank LLP in the Alternative Investments group.

Erin graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in both Government and Politics and a minor in Spanish. She received her juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
