Grayson is a Senior Analyst at Churchill and a member of the Fund Finance team. In his role, he is focused on assisting in the development of the firm’s leverage strategy, including the sourcing, execution, and ongoing monitoring of financing arrangements across the platform. Grayson focuses on all forms of bilateral and syndicated lending facilities, public and private debt solutions, and collateralized loan obligations (“CLOs,”) as well as assists with additional structured debt and equity capital raising initiatives.
Prior to joining Churchill in 2024, Grayson was a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton in Transaction Advisory Services, specializing in valuation and financial modeling, where he was responsible for the valuation of CLOs, asset backed securities, and other debt instruments as well as equity and business enterprise valuations.
Grayson graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University with a B.A. in Finance and second major in Accounting, and received his M.B.A with an Accounting concentration.
