James is a Senior Analyst at Churchill and a member of the Underwriting & Portfolio Management group, focused on the firm’s Senior Lending strategy.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2026, he was an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Jefferies, focused on sponsor-backed financings and M&A transactions.

James graduated from Wake Forest University School of Business with a B.S. in Finance.
