Jay is a Vice President at Churchill and a member of the Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions investment team.

Prior to Churchill, Jay was with the firm’s parent company, Nuveen, since 2016, focused on a wide range of asset classes, including mezzanine finance, private equity funds & co-investments, distressed investments, and impact investments.

Jay graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Corporate Finance & Accounting.
