JP is a Vice President at Churchill and a member of the Origination team, focused on the firm’s Senior Lending strategy. In his role, he is focused on sourcing deals and building relationships with U.S. Midwest private equity sponsors.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2026, he was a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions group, where he was responsible for working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital. Previously, JP was an Investment Banking Analyst at FocalPoint Partners, where he supported various debt and equity transactions. JP started his career as an Associate at Grant Thornton within its Valuation Services group.

JP graduated from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and an M.B.A. He previously earned his Certified Public Accountant certification in the State of Illinois.
