Kaela joined Churchill Asset Management in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Associate in the underwriting and portfolio management group with more than seven years of experience in middle market leveraged finance. Previously, she was an underwriter with Annaly Capital Management, providing financing solutions for middle market private equity-backed transactions. Prior to Annaly, Kaela was an Associate in the Software Lending group at Wells Fargo.

Kaela graduated from Boston College, Carroll School of Management with a B.S. in Management, with a dual concentration in Finance and Management & Leadership.
