Karen is a Senior Analyst at Churchill and a member of the Operations team. In her role, she is focused on fund management for Churchill’s Collateralized Loan Obligations.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2025, she was a Senior Analyst at Ernst & Young LLP on the Structured Finance Consulting Services team, where she helped structure multimillion-dollar, government-backed RMBS transactions and focused on financial modeling, due diligence, and cash flow analysis.

Karen graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S in Finance.
