Katherine is the Head of Private Equity Business Development, Europe for Nuveen Private Capital. On behalf of both Churchill and Arcmont, Nuveen Private Capital’s U.S. and European asset management companies, Katherine is focused on investor coverage and fundraising. She partners with European institutional investors to develop tailored junior capital and private equity solutions to meet their needs.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2024, Katherine was a Managing Director and Partner on the European investor relations team at The Carlyle Group. Previously, she was the Director of European Communications, responsible for public relations and internal communications across Europe for Carlyle.

Katherine graduated from Oxford University with a M.A. and B.A. in Biological Sciences. She holds a full Investment Management Certificate.
