Leroy is a Senior Analyst at Churchill and a member of the Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions investment team.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2026, he was an Analyst in Baird’s Debt Advisory Group, focused on debt financing and capital structure solutions for companies across a broad range of industries. Previously, Leroy was an Analyst within the Valuation and Opinions Group at Lincoln International, where he focused on portfolio company valuations for various asset managers.

Leroy graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics.
