Lucas is a Principal on the Private Equity and Junior Capital team for Churchill Asset Management. Lucas is focused on sourcing, underwriting, executing and monitoring private equity investments across direct equity co-investments, junior capital investments and private equity fund commitments. Prior to joining the team in 2017, he was an Associate on Nuveen’s real asset private equity team focused on North American infrastructure and energy investments. Lucas began his career at TIAA’s Private Markets division, holding investment roles in TIAA’s alternatives strategies including investment grade private placements, project finance, and energy and infrastructure private equity.

Lucas graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.
