Marissa is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer, Investment Funds at Churchill. She is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, accounting, audit, and regulatory financial compliance for the firm’s private and public investment vehicles. Marissa also serves as Chief Accounting Officer of Nuveen Churchill Direct Lending Corp. (NYSE: NCDL), Nuveen Churchill Private Capital Income Fund, and NC SLF Inc. Marissa is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee as well as the firm’s Valuation Committee.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2018, she was a Senior Manager in the Wealth and Asset Management Practice at Ernst & Young LLP, responsible for the planning, implementation, and completion of financial statement audits of alternative investment funds and registered investment companies.

Marissa graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
