Max is an Associate at Churchill and a member of the Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions investment team.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2022, he was a Manager at KPMG LLP, where he was responsible for financial statement audits of public and non-public companies within the asset management industry.

Max graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in North Carolina and Illinois.
