Max joined Churchill Asset Management in 2022 and currently serves as a Vice President in Valuation. Previously, he was a Manager at KPMG LLP, responsible for financial statement audits of public and non-public companies within the asset management industry. Max has expertise in developing valuation procedures over high risk and complex investment portfolios, including reviews of independent valuation models, methodology, assumptions, and related internal controls. He also has experience with BDC fund complexes.

Max received a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University in 2016. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in North Carolina and Illinois.
