Palden Flynn is a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Churchill where she provides day-to-day legal support for the firm’s fund formation activities.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2026, Palden was an Associate in K&L Gates LLP’s Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. Previously, Palden was an Associate in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Investment Funds Group.

Palden graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Classical Studies and received her juris doctor from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in California, Florida and Illinois, and is registered as in-house counsel in New York.
