Philip is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer for the firm’s Management Company. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial reporting, accounting, accounts payable, and financial planning. He is also a member of the firm’s Operating Committee.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2021, he was the Corporate Controller at Eagle Point Credit Management LLC, where he helped enhance the firm’s accounting and financial reporting infrastructure. Previously, he was Vice President of Financial Reporting at W. P. Carey Inc. He began his career in public accounting at Marcum LLP, where he led financial statement audits for SEC registrants.

Philip graduated from St. John’s University with a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting. He is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
