Preston joined Churchill Asset Management in 2021 and currently serves as Principal, Valuations Specialist. Previously, he was a Vice President in the Asset Management Division at Goldman Sachs, responsible for managing the quarterly valuation process for private investments within the BDC fund complex. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was a real estate loan underwriter at FACo, a Blackstone company. Preston has expertise in valuation techniques used to mark-to-market investments, developing financial models, and risk assessment. Preston also has experience in financial reporting and portfolio metric calculation.

Preston received a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2011 and a M.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University in 2012. Preston is a CFA charterholder and licensed CPA.
