Saheedat is a Principal, Business Development at Nuveen Private Capital, which comprises U.S. and European asset managers Churchill and Arcmont. In her role, she is focused on investor coverage and fundraising initiatives, partnering with institutional investors across the U.S. West to develop tailored private equity solutions to meet their needs.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Saheedat was with its parent company, Nuveen, where she focused on capital raising efforts across Nuveen’s global private equity platform including Churchill, Nuveen Impact Private Equity and Winslow Growth Equity. Previously, she worked at KKR & Co., within their investing and capital markets team across the U.S. and Europe. She started her career at Goldman Sachs, in their investment banking division covering Financial Institutions and Leveraged Finance companies.

Saheedat graduated with honors from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Banking & Finance. She currently holds her Series 7, 79 and 66 licenses. Saheedat was named to Forbes’ 2024 30 Under 30 list.
