Sydney is a Principal at Churchill and a member of the Finance team. In his role, he is focused on financial reporting, accounting, audit, and regulatory financial compliance for the firm’s Senior Lending funds.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2021, he was a Senior Manager in PwC’s Asset and Wealth Management Practice, responsible for planning and executing financial statement audits of Direct Lending Private Credit Funds, Business Development Companies, Private Equity Funds and Hedge Funds.

Sydney graduated from the University of South Africa with a B.S in Accounting and Postgraduates in Advanced Accounting and Applied Accounting. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Worldwide (CAW) network.
