Zach is a Principal and Deputy General Counsel at Churchill Asset Management, an affiliate of Nuveen. Zach provides day-to-day legal support to Churchill as part of Nuveen’s private credit platform. Zach also provides legal support in connection with regulatory matters affecting the business. Prior to joining the organization in 2020, Zach was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, specializing in debt finance transactions. He began his legal career as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, completing rotations in both banking and securities.

Zach graduated Phi Beta Kappa with High Distinction from the University of California, Berkeley and received his juris doctor, cum laude, from New York University School of Law.
